Absolutely amazing and highly professional Feb 3, 2026

Eddie and his assistant were absolutely amazing! They called me and told me they were coming. They arrived early! They were professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They explained the procedure and set expectations about the installation. Quick pause and shoutout to Melody from Elk Grove Costco, who has been saying hi to me since before 2022, encouraging me to get a free estimate. And when I said OK, the nicest guy, Chris the sales representative, came knocking at my door in 2022 and in 2026. Also very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Back to Eddie and his assistant - they were clean, laser-focused, and efficient. Altogether, the installation took 2 days, but it was such a highly professional installation, I only have high praise. I love my Lennox system and I love Environmental Heating and Air Solutions.

Wonderful from start to finish Dec 8, 2025

Environmental Heating and Air were wonderful from start to finish. Eddie Saucedo, the lead on the install of my electric HVAC system, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He paid attention and responded to all my questions. The work was done as scheduled, completed on time, and the crew cleaned up well. The rest of the team, from the service tech, sales rep, and reception staff, are also great and very responsive.

My experience with Environmental Heating and Air Solutions was tremendous. From the beginning to the completion of the installation, Chris (Sales Representative) was great. He was informative, low pressure, honest, and knowledgeable. The installation team was excellent. Eddie and Marcus are extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and talented HVAC technicians. FOLLOW UP I have experienced issues with my new Lennox HVAC system. I have been working with “KJ” for resolution of the issue. KJ is the consummate professional. He is detailed, knowledgeable, resourceful, and 100% customer centric. He is easy to communicate with and is committed to making sure that my Lennox system is working correctly. I am disappointed that the Lennox HVAC system has not worked consistently, however, KJ and the support team have conducted themselves with respect and kindness. I requested a service call because I am continuing to have issues with my recently installed Lennox HVAC unit (specifically the A/C). I had no idea that he would be the technician that was going to respond to my latest service call. I was relieved to see him at the door because I have confidence in his abilities. KJ is diligent about his duties, and he has earned my trust. I am less confident about the Lennox system installed because of the multiple problems that I have experienced. I will continue to work with Environmental Heating & Air to resolve my A/C concerns in hopes that a resolution is established so that I can move towards a semi-annual maintenance type of relationship. First of all, I called Environmental heating and air condition to make an appointment. Next day I met Jen; she explained everything to me and arranged the system to be installed in 3 days! From May 20th through May 22nd, Environmental Heating & Air Solutions (EH&AS) installed a new Lennox heat pump air-conditioning system to replace the original system in our 40-year-old single story Cordelia home. This installation included replacing the underfloor duct system and floor registers with ducts located in the attic and new registers in the ceiling. The existing furnace/evaporator/air handler unit located in a hall closet was removed and all HVAC equipment with exception of the outdoor compressor/condenser unit also located in the attic. Not one piece of the original HVAC system was reused. Earlier, EH&AS Design Specialist Kevin Coulter spent nearly 3 hours with me designing and pricing the system. As a recently retired HVAC system engineer, I was eagerly involved in the design process with Kevin. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, with zero high-pressure sales tactics and gave my wife and I confidence to go with Lennox and EH&AS. Lead Installer Eddie Saucedo directed the installation team. His professionalism and attention to details impressed me many times. Early on the first day I knew we were in good hands with Eddie. Eddie’s second Marcus was experienced, hardworking and cheerful. Installers Zavier and Charlie assisted for one day each. Much equipment had to come in the house and then into the attic through an access in the hall ceiling, yet not one scratch on walls or flooring. My overall rating of Environmental Heating & Air Solutions performance for this project and the performance of the Lennox HVAC system is a well-earned 5 stars out of 5. Very hard work but they knocked it out of the park May 19, 2025

Kevin C came in and gave us a comprehensive guide to what we could expect, what we were eligible for, and what we could afford. His knowledge was relieving to us as we had already talked to other companies. He made a lot of sense and made the decision for us to use his services easy. Our installers, Doug and Charlie, were great. They did so much work to get our installation done with a very challenging attic. It was very hard work, but they knocked it out of the park with their determination and dedication to get it done. I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for new HVAC systems or any other service.
