Zack was at my house for a while today trying to find out why I have high humidity in my home, and he did a great and thorough job. Super frustrating to have a brand new home that is so uncomfortable to live in. He knew HRV and modern systems really well and found more about my system than I previously knew. Definitely call this place if you have a situation or problem of unknown cause or origin.

We booked Env Heating & Air through Costco and have been thoroughly impressed since the start. They installed a new furnace for us, replacing a model from 1973! They also went above and beyond and fixed several leaks in the old ductwork, which other companies quoted us thousands to do. They tested the system repeatedly, built a new to-code furnace platform, and were great at explaining everything they were doing and why. Raul and Jefferson were our techs for the install and if I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Eddie and his assistant were absolutely amazing! They called me and told me they were coming. They arrived early! They were professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They explained the procedure and set expectations about the installation. Quick pause and shoutout to Melody from Elk Grove Costco, who has been saying hi to me since before 2022, encouraging me to get a free estimate. And when I said OK, the nicest guy, Chris the sales representative, came knocking at my door in 2022 and in 2026. Also very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Back to Eddie and his assistant - they were clean, laser-focused, and efficient. Altogether, the installation took 2 days, but it was such a highly professional installation, I only have high praise. I love my Lennox system and I love Environmental Heating and Air Solutions.

So glad I have regular checkups on my system, which is about 20 years old. Two of the ducts had completely lost the insulation due to age and weathering effects. Harjotan Singh did an excellent job replacing both. He showed me each duct being replaced so I could see for myself how much it needed it. If EHAS hadn’t been checking my attic ducts, I wouldn’t have known anything was wrong until they burst and suddenly no AC/heat. Yikes! Great company who I’ve done business with for many years and will keep doing so.

From first to last Environmental and Air Solutions was 5 star. The representative, Kevin Coulter, was very good in explaining the difference in all the options. I especially appreciated that he did not try to convince me to buy the most expensive but recommended a system based on my needs. The install technicians were efficient and left the area spotless. The city inspector had questions about the amps. The technicians came back and left notes and a splice to show what was installed. I highly recommend the company.

They showed up at 7:30 a.m. and were finished at 3:30 p.m. The installation went efficiently. I was shown how to use the system and set up my phone with the app. They cleaned up afterward. I am very satisfied with the whole process from my initial inquiry to the completion of the install.

From May 20th through May 22nd, Environmental Heating & Air Solutions (EH&AS) installed a new Lennox heat pump air-conditioning system to replace the original system in our 40-year-old single story Cordelia home. This installation included replacing the underfloor duct system and floor registers with ducts located in the attic and new registers in the ceiling. The existing furnace/evaporator/air handler unit located in a hall closet was removed and all HVAC equipment with exception of the outdoor compressor/condenser unit also located in the attic. Not one piece of the original HVAC system was reused. Earlier, EH&AS Design Specialist Kevin Coulter spent nearly 3 hours with me designing and pricing the system. As a recently retired HVAC system engineer, I was eagerly involved in the design process with Kevin. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, with zero high-pressure sales tactics and gave my wife and I confidence to go with Lennox and EH&AS. Lead Installer Eddie Saucedo directed the installation team. His professionalism and attention to details impressed me many times. Early on the first day I knew we were in good hands with Eddie. Eddie’s second Marcus was experienced, hardworking and cheerful. Installers Zavier and Charlie assisted for one day each. Much equipment had to come in the house and then into the attic through an access in the hall ceiling, yet not one scratch on walls or flooring. My overall rating of Environmental Heating & Air Solutions performance for this project and the performance of the Lennox HVAC system is a well-earned 5 stars out of 5. Last summer, I noticed the AC unit was making a loud noise. The first technician (Raul) that came over to perform a service check during the winter did a full diagnostic (about 45 minutes) and gave me the bad news: the AC compressor and refrigeration coil were not working properly, causing the system not to cool, as expected, and making an unusually loud noise. At first, I was uncertain of what I heard, and I just could not believe what the technician explained and the remediation, and it was still winter! Then, during the first hot day of May, I realized it was real! So, I called EHA and asked to have a manager call me back about this issue, and believe it or not, the same day, the manager called me back and explained, once more, the issue in detail. He then sent one of their best senior technicians (Shannon) to take another look; well, this time, just like the manager owner Matt, the techie was very patient, explaining over again what the issue was and offered two possible solutions; in summary, my summer fun budget was busted! Like everyone else that lives on this planet, I was not happy with the unexpected expense; however, the alternative wasn’t too promising either! So, it finally synced in my brain… so, in summary, I really appreciated their honesty and the prompt resolution of the issue by the EHA team who put up with my frustration; I mean, they sent two qualified AC technicians to explain the issue with no pressure, and once I made up my mind, the following Monday by 1 PM, Shannon and Zac had installed a brand new unit that immediately started cooling the house quietly and at a great value. I must say, EHA has a superior knowledgeable technical team and I do value their integrity. Kudos for a job well done to: Raul, Shannon, Zac, and the manager owners Matt and Michael. Thank you guys!
