I especially appreciated that he did not try to convince me to buy the most expensive but recommended a system based on my needs. The install technicians were efficient and left the area spotless. The city inspector had questions about the amps. The technicians came back and left notes and a splice to show what was installed. I highly recommend the company.

Carlos was a true professional
My Lennox 2-stage HVAC unit was blowing hot air, so I called EH&A. Carlos came out 2 days later and did a thorough diagnosis and explained every step of his process with me, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, our compressor went out. Carlos’s explanation was it was equivalent to a human's heart. He did mention my HVAC unit was still under warranty, so instead of $11,000 for a new compressor, it is $3,500. Carlos was a true professional and even installed a new furnace filter we had, which involved him going in the attic to install. Overall solid service. We also have a service plan with EH&A, so they come out on a regular basis for both our heating and air conditioning.
