Heating and Cooling Service in Granite Bay, CA
A Northern California HVAC Team Serving Granite Bay Since 2010
When Placer County temperatures climb into triple digits, systems that haven’t been serviced recently work harder than they should. They cycle longer, stress the components, and wear out faster than maintained ones. Environmental Heating & Air Solutions has served homeowners across Granite Bay since 2010, working out of our Roseville location just a short drive from the neighborhoods we regularly cover in Placer County. For homeowners across Solano County, we’re also reachable through our Benicia office.
We’re a Lennox Premier Dealer, a designation held by fewer than 3 in 100 HVAC contractors nationwide. We’ve also earned the Dave Lennox Award three consecutive years: 2022, 2023, and 2024. Fewer than one in 100 Lennox dealers earn that recognition in any given year. Our team holds both the C-20 (HVAC) and C-36 (plumbing) contractor licenses, which means we handle the full mechanical scope of your home without requiring a second company for water heater or gas-line work.

Heating, Cooling, and the Systems Your Home Depends On
Your heating and cooling equipment, indoor air quality, water heater, and overall energy performance aren’t independent of each other. When one system runs inefficiently, it puts more load on the others, which is why coverage across all five service categories matters. We hold both the C-20 and C-36 licenses, so one call covers the full picture, including work that crosses into water heater and gas-line territory.
Our services include:
- Heating
- Air conditioning
- Indoor air quality
- Water heaters
- Energy efficiency
Many homes across this area are larger multi-level properties where airflow distribution and load balancing matter as much as the equipment itself. Our team handles the full picture, not just the unit.
What to Expect When You Call
When a technician arrives at your home, the first step is a thorough assessment of your system’s current condition. Our team is NATE-certified, which means we’re tested and verified on HVAC diagnostic and installation standards at a level most companies don’t require. We’re also BPI-certified (Building Performance Institute), adding a whole-home energy performance layer to how they read the system. It covers how your equipment performs relative to your home’s full energy profile, not simply whether the unit turns on.
If you’re working through a replacement decision, our sales consultants handle those conversations. We’re known for explaining what the assessment found, laying out your options, and giving you the space to decide. We work at or above manufacturer specifications on every job, and we stand behind that work after we leave the job site.
How the ESA Plan Keeps Your System Ready Before a Crisis
A system that gets consistent, scheduled service runs longer and costs less to operate than one that only sees a technician when something breaks. Our Energy Saving Agreement (ESA) maintenance plan is built around that.
Two tiers are available. The Basic ESA includes one combined heating and cooling visit per year, priority scheduling, a reduced diagnostic rate, a repair discount, a MERV 13/16 filter discount, manufacturer warranty fulfillment, and a one-year parts-and-labor warranty on covered repairs.
The Complete ESA adds a second annual visit and extends the parts-and-labor warranty to two years. A water heater maintenance add-on is available for active ESA members.
Our team is also available 24/7, including same-day and next-day appointments for urgent situations. When a system fails on a July afternoon in Placer County, we respond.
Financing Options and What This Work Means for Your Home’s Value
Replacing HVAC equipment or completing an energy efficiency upgrade is a real investment. We work with third parties to provide financing options for qualifying homeowners. We also guide homeowners through available rebates and incentives.
We’re Pearl-certified, which means we produce verifiable documentation of the energy performance improvements our work delivers. In a market like Granite Bay, where home values reflect the quality of systems and long-term upkeep, Pearl certification creates a record that stays with the property. For homeowners thinking beyond this season, that documentation matters.
We’ve also been recognized as Lennox Partner of the Year in 2015, 2018, and 2020, and as a Lennox Circle of Excellence and Centurion Award recipient. Those recognitions mark a standard our team has held consistently across multiple award cycles.
