Your Guide to Environmental Heating & Air Solutions Safety Protocols
Environmental Heating & Air Solutions are committed to keeping our business open during these unstable times. We understand that having someone you can rely on to keep your home comfortable is important. Everyone at EHA Solutions understands concerns regarding COVID-19 and the challenges faced by many of you – both personally and professionally.
To prepare you for working with EHA Solutions on your upcoming service or installation, we want to inform you of the steps we’re taking to protect you and our team members.
Our steps are as follows:
- All EHA team members are aware of and provided materials needed to follow the recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as it relates to COVID-19
- Our team members are following recent recommendations to wear face masks, and we have provided these for them.
- When scheduling an appointment, a member of our team will confirm that no one in the home is currently feeling ill or quarantined/isolated due to COVID-19.
- Upon arrival, our technician will apply hand sanitizer before entering your home and again confirm that no one is feeling ill or quarantined/isolates due to COVID-19.
- To put you at ease, we will replace our usual handshake with a wave to say “Hello” and “Thank you.”
- While performing our work, technicians will wear gloves.
- We will practice social distancing with a goal to maintain the recommended six-foot distance from clients, family members, and/or team members. We ask you to do the same.
- We will properly bag and dispose of filters and debris to reduce the spread of dirt, germs, and viruses. We will remove all such items from your property.
- We will not ask for signatures on our electronic devices or paperwork until it is deemed appropriate to do so.
- Our technicians will once again apply hand sanitizer (outside your home) when their work is complete.
